Promoted to Lieutenant in 1994, he served in Battalion 43,
Engine Co. 254
and Ladder Company 153 in Brooklyn, Special Operations Command and
Squad 1 in Brooklyn.

Promoted to Captain in 1997, he served in Division 8, Special Operations Command,
and Rescue 5.

Awarded 2 citations for valor.

Promoted posthumously to Battalion Chief effective date
10 Sept 2001.

Captain of his Lafayette High School Gymnastics Team.

To combat stress he would vacuum.
